FAQs
| Q. |
Do you prepare students for interviews? |
| Ans. |
At Rai Business School, the faculty members act as mentors to the students. They not only monitor academic progression but also concentrate on overall growth and personality development. The prospective employers are looking for qualities like team building, effective communication, positive mindset, problem solving attitude, etc. These essentials are what we term as “Life Skills” taught as a compulsory subject in every semester to all the students. The placement cell also conducts Mock Interviews & GD session so that student is well prepared to face the competition. We also arrange Skill Enhancement Program before the commencement of every academic session. |

What is the importance of Practical Training and Industrial Visit? |
| Ans. |
Practical training and industrial visit is an integral part of the degree programme at RBS. It is expected that every student will register himself/herself for the-foregoing practical training. All students have to undergo industry training from 2nd semester onwards for MBA Industry Integrated and BBA Industry Integrated, and students enrolled under PTU degrees undergo industry training at the end of each semester. The College authorities also organize Industry visits. Each student deputed on practical training is required to prepare a project report and present the same, which is evaluated by the faculty members. |

How will the “Rai” Brand help in getting a job? |
| Ans. |
Branding is applicable not just to consumer products. A Brand name like Rai brings instant awareness in the minds of public and HR Managers about your perceived qualities and abilities.
In India, there are realistically at least 500 applicants for every good job available. The process, of short-listing the candidates to call for interview is quite a difficult one. To shortlist best 25 out of the 500 is highly dependent on the HR Managers or potential employers recall of your Institute name and quality. There are about 1400 management schools in the country. Rai Business School branding through its A+ quality and its positioning as one of the top most leading business school in the country automatically ensure that our students will be short-listed and called for the interviews. The RBS nametag automatically opens many doors for potentially great jobs |
