Kartik Jain (Regional Director):
With a glowing academic background - that includes an MBA degree
from Vidyasagar Institute of Management, Bhopal, a Diploma in Advance
Computing (DAC) from C-DAC, Trivandrum, and his current pursuance
of PhD in Management Information Systems (MIS) - Mr. Kartik Jain
took over as a Regional Director of RBS Bhopal in February 2003.
He has provided an effective and pro active leadership and direction
for long term growth of the campus by forecasting long term opportunities
in education sector and has created a student centric organization,
where the students' aspiration are met with in terms of academics
and career building, allowing free flow of ideas and feedback so
as to be in continued improvement mode. Through his sustained and
concentrated efforts, Bhopal Campus has obtained ISO 9001 - 2000
certification from UKAS.
Swati Tiwari:
Swati Tiwari, a specialist in Business Economics is pursuing her
PhD on Merger & Acquisitions, she is a postgraduate from Jiwaji
University, Gwalior. Swati is alumni of Scindia Kanya Vidayala,
Gwalior. Swati has done Bachelor of Business Administration from
Bhopal School of Social Sciences, Bhopal. A multifaceted personality
she is trained in Indian Oil Corporation Limited, New Delhi and
Cadbury India Limited, Malanpur. Swati is in the field of academic
for last 10 years. Before joining the Rai Business School in 2003,
she has taught finance in Makhanlal Chaturvedi Journalism University
and Rajiv Gandhi College, Bhopal.

Dr. Uroos Fatima Rizvi :
Dr Uroos is a PhD in Management from Motilal Nehru National Institute
of Technology, Allahabad, LL.B and PG in Psychology from University
of Allahabad. before joining RBS she had more than 10 years of work
experience. Her major experience includes Academics, Journalism,
Fashion Designing,
Presented several papers in National Seminars held on `Management'
and `Interdisciplinary' topics. Dr Uroos has many publications in
Journal as well as in Seminar proceedings to her credit. She has
participated in several workshop held on "Research Methodology",
" SPSS- Computer Applications in Social Sciences and Research","
Transaction analysis". "Foreign Import and Export Techniques".
Prashant Kumar Mishra:
Prashant is Asst Professor at RBS, Bhopal. Prior to joining RBS
Bhopal, he was associated with the corporate world for over 11 years.
He has rich FMCG as well as Service & Production industry experience.
Krishan Kumar Malaviya:
Krishan has done his MBA in 2007 & has bought lot of fresh energy
& rigor in RBS Bhopal. He was so clear about his career in academics
that the day his final semester result was announced he filled his
PhD application form with Barkatullah University, Bhopal.
Sachin Kumar Namdeo:
Sachin joined RBS Bhopal as a Librarian, but he realized his inclination
for management education & did his MBA in Finance and jumped
in full-fledged academics. He is now pursuing PhD in finance from
Dr H S Gaur University, Sagar.
Srishti Sharma:
Is young energetic faculty of Marketing, she had done her MBE (Marketing)
from Devi Ahilyabai University Indore (M.P). She has more than 3
years of corporate experiance Financial Industry in the field of
operations & Risk Management. Done projects on " Private
Player Vs Government" in Insurance Industry, and also on Employee
Tunrover in Insurance Industry. Attended various state & national
level seminars & presented a paper on " Unequal Distribution
of Wealth in India".

Dr Gaurav is a Life Skill trainer with RBS - Bhopal. He is Dean
Student Welfare in Barkatullah University.
Upma Paliwal:
A highly respected faculty member, Ms Paliwal not only has an
MBA degree in HRM and Marketing (Dual Specialization) from Vidyasagar
Institute of Management, Bhopal (affiliated to Barkatullah University),
but also has a wide range of Industry experiences.
Paramjeet Singh:
Currently pursuing his PhD Chemistry from Bhoj Open University,
Madhya Pradesh, he has more than 8 years of corporate work experience
behind him.
Dr. P. Surekha Rao:
With a PhD in Botany (Genetics) from Kurukshetra University and
a teaching experience of about 15 years, Dr. Rao is one of our
most distinguished faculty members.
