Deepika Arora, Dean
A double postgraduate in Management and Economics with Gold Medal, she carries a rich and varied industrial experience in Marketing and Event management. She is deeply involved in authoring of management education articles in leading newspapers in India. Further she has contributed extensively to various research journals. Deepika is into academics where she was associated with leading management schools in Delhi and around. Her interest areas are Strategic Management and Organizational Behavior.

Dr. K.V. Narrasimham, Professor
Dr. K.V.Narrasimham is a double graduate in biological sciences and Textile Technology (Gold Medallist), Calcutta University. He obtained his Doctoral Degree from University of Manchester, U.K. He started his academic career while doing Doctoral work. Dr K.V. Narrasimham was associated with Singhania's Group in the capacity of a Director and Roanka's Group and Modi's Group before settling as a Chief Consultant. His main forte has been the training and development of Quality aspects. He has organized various state level and national level conventions. Dr. K.V. Narrasimham has professional training in IIM, AOTS Japan, Switzerland, and Asian Institute of Management-Philippines. Dr.K.V Narrasimham is associated with Quality Circle forum of India at National and State levels.

Surinder Pal Singh, HOD, Dept. of Marketing
Prof. Surinder Pal Singh is Head - Department of Marketing with Rai Business School, New Delhi. Prior to joining Rai Business School, he was associated with the corporate world for over a decade. His experience in academia spans over three years.

Prof. Singh has expertise in the area of research, as he has been involved in several research studies on various aspects of marketing and general management. He has been presenting papers at various national as well as international conferences. Prominent among them are:

U S Wahie, Professor
A postgraduate in Commerce with a rich experience for over three decades in the banking sector. He had been in the position of Dy. Chief Officer, Inspection & Vigilance where in he handled Disciplinary proceedings, was a key person in industrial relations meetings and outside agencies and dealt with vigilance cases of the staff. He is associated with various management institutes and is involved in developing case studies for various magazines and journals.

Ms. Pranay Tanwar, Assistant Professor
Ms. Pranay Tanwar did her graduation Mathematics (Hons) and post graduation from Delhi University, with specialization in Applied Mathematics. For M.Phil, the topic of her dissertation was "Cubic Spline Method for the solution of elliptic Boundary Value Problems". She is pursuing her MBA from SCDL. She has experience of teaching M.Tech, M.C.A., B.Tech., B.C.A classes for over seven and half years. Before joining Rai Foundation on 1st July 2004, she had worked as a Lecturer in Ideal Institute of Technology, U P Technical Univ. for one year and at Academy of Business and Engineering Sciences, U P Tech. Univ. for four years, where she also had administrative experience as course coordinator, coordination of various academic programmes, in charge of cultural committee etc.

Ms. Parnapriya Saha, Assistant Professor
Ms Parnapriya Saha is Assistant Professor, OB/HR. She is a Post Graduate in Psychology, Delhi University (stood 1st class IInd), & a PGDBA (HR Spl.), from Symbiosis. She has also done her PG Diploma Guidance & Counselling, Annamalai. She has a work-experience of around 8+ years in Counselling, social research & in educational institutes & have contributed to teaching, research & published papers/ made paper presentations. She is experienced in English language training with excellent verbal and written communication skills & is a Certified Teacher in English for IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, SAT courses, by The Princeton Review.

Deepti Vaidya, Sr.Lecturer
Deepti Vaidya is acting as a Senior lecturer in Marketing at Rai Foundation teaching various marketing subjects like Retail Marketing, Marketing Management, Marketing of Services and Strategic Management. She is a post graduate in Management with specialization in Marketing and Human Resources from Amity Business School, Noida. Has a rich industry experience in Marketing and Sales & Promotions. She has been associated with PARLE group, MITSUBISHI and HERO HONDA. Has in-depth knowledge of sales and marketing concepts.

Ms.Gundeep kaur, Sr. Lecturer
Gundeep Kaur is double postgraduate in management (International Business) and Sociology. She has also pursued and topped in Diploma in export Management from a reputed institute. She is pursuing her P.hd, and has an excellent track record of teaching subjects like International Business, International Marketing, Marketing management, Retail Management, Organisation Behaviour, and Export Management. She was earlier working in a reputed Engineering and Management college as HOD (Head of the Department), of MBA. She has also worked for few years with an Institute in collaboration with International Trade center, Geneva, Switzerland as Centre Manager and Senior Faculty. She was also associated with Small Industries Service Institute, Govt. Of India, as a guest faculty for subjects like Export Documentation and Procedures, Retail Management etc. Her several articles have been published in leading newspapers.

Ms Kavita Thapliya, Sr. Lecturer
Ms Kavita Thapliyal is Sr. Lecturer Business Communication & Life Skills. After her graduation, she did her B.Ed from Kanpur University, bagging a gold medal for outstanding academics. Kavita is also a double post graduate in English and Education. She was also awarded another Gold Medal in her M.Ed shattering a lot of records of Kanpur University. Presently pursuing M. Phil in English from Madurai Kamaj University. She has a vast experience in teaching at college and also as an English Lecturer for GCE "A" & "O" Levels of Cambridge International Examination (CIE)

Piyush Ranjan, Sr. Lecturer
He is working as a Sr. Lecturer IT. He is a man of high caliber and expertise in Web- based programming and Database management. He has over three years of experience in corporate sector and academics. During the same period he also taught in various educational institutions in Delhi and outside. His interest of teaching includes MIS, Web Programming, Database Management System and Network Administration.

Raman Sachdeva, Sr. Lecturer
Mr Raman Sachdeva has Completed B.Com (Hons.) from Delhi University and has been topper of college. He did his MBA in Finance with IVth Rank in Delhi. He is also an M.Com from Delhi University. He is an Accredited Management Teacher by AIMA as has worked with corporate world for around four years and has been teaching in various Management Institutions including NIILM for around two years before joining Rai Foundation.

Ruchika Gupta – Sr. Lecturer
She is a Sr. Lecturer in Human Resource Management with Rai Business School, Delhi. She did her graduation in commerce from Delhi University.
She has also completed post graduation in Commerce, Public Relations, Mass Communication, and Management with specialization in Marketing and HR. Has worked as Manager Administration for five years with a leading food and pharmaceutical company.

Aditi Dhool, Lecturer
Aditi Dhool is currently working as a lecturer in Economics. She has done her Masters in Economics from Punjab University, Chandigarh. She has also completed her MBF from Indian Institute of Finance, Delhi. She is a diploma holder in Export Management from FTDC, Delhi. She is pursuing M.Phil. in Economics. She has a corporate exposure of one year and one month in an Export House. She had been working on several short-term projects under various organizations. She has also taught at various institutions in Faridabad.

Ashutosh Kasera, Lecturer
Mr. Kasera did his Graduation from Allahabad University. He also did his Post Graduation in Computers from M.P.Bhoj (Open) University, Bhopal. He has total experience of more than 5 years, out of which for 6 months he worked at Global Institute of Information Technology as Lecturer. For 2 years, he worked at HIMT as Course Coordinator where he used to conduct courses at Agarwal Public School he worked as HOD for a year. For 1 year and 6 months, he worked as Senior Faculty at Ascot Computers and Services.

Debi Neogy, Lecturer
She has completed graduation in Political Science from Loreto College, North Bengal University. After which She did Post Graduation in Sociology from Pondicherry University. Next in line was Post Graduate Mass Communication. Straight after that, she started off her career as a print journalist. During her stint as a journalist, she rediscovered her passion for communication and soft skills training and her latent talents into the world of English, which gave way to her becoming an IELTS Trainer and a corporate communication trainer. She has also functioned as an editor in Chopra Consultants, which was into sending students overseas. Currently she is pursuing MPhil in sociology from Jamia Milia University and her area of specialization is Women Empowerment.

Gunjan Rana Sharma, Lecturer - Marketing
She has done BA in Advertising and Sales Promotion management and PGDBM from NIILM in marketing and finance. She has an excellent academic record. Her paper on "Global Marketing for a New Century" was presented in an International conference held in 2002 at Heidelberg, Germany, organized by the First International Society for Marketing Advances. Before taking up academies as a career she had been working as a Public Relations Consultant with a Brand management company.

Loma Priyamvada Maharana, Lecturer
Loma Priyamvada Maharana, is currently working as a lecturer in research methodology area with Rai Business School, Delhi. She has completed her B.Sc and M.Sc in statistics from Andhra University, Vishakhapatnam, A.P. She also has Diploma in WEB DESIGNING course from NIIT vishakhapatnam.She is a member of Actuarial Society of India and pursing it's courses. She has an expertise in the area of SPSS.

Neelam Mehra, Lecturer - Finance, SAMS
Ms. Mehra did her Graduation from ANDC College. She also did I.C.W.A. from ICWA. She has total experience of around 4 years 8 months. Out of which 11months she worked in Private Coaching Centre as Finance Faculty where she used to take private coaching classes to B.Com and M.Com students. For 1 year and 6 months, she worked in Brass & Gold Engineering Ltd as Accounts Executive. She also worked in V.K Bhalla & Co. as Accounts Trainee for 1 year and 6 months.

Pooja Nanda, Lecturer
She is a graduate from Delhi University in the Science Stream (BSc (H) Botany) .She has a rich experience in the academic field. She is a diploma holder in Computers from NIIT. She has done an advanced Diploma in German from Delhi University and is also pursuing a higher course in German from Max Mueller Bhawan Delhi .She was a topper in Delhi University during her Diploma course .She has a wide knowledge and experience in teaching German language and also in translation of German Documents. She has also worked as a translator for Talbros Automotive Components.

Riti Katoch, Lecturer
Ms. Riti Katoch is currently working at Rai Business School as French Language Lecturer .She has completed her Advance Diploma in French Language from Delhi Unversity, St. Stephen's College. She has done her Graduaion in Economics honours from Delhi University, Daulat Ram College. She has also done M.A. in Economics from Annamalai University. She has a rich academic experience of more than two years of teaching French Language at various renowned Business Schools.

Ruchi Shah, Lecturer
Ruchi Shah started her career with Usha Tourism, Bareilly as Sales and Telemarketing Executive, also worked as Sales Executive with Kritika Enterprises, Bareilly, dealing in computer hardware, software and peripherals. She has also Worked as Lecturer in Marketing for and Technical Writing at Khandelwal College of Management Science & Technology, Bareilly . She was also appointed as an Organizing Secretary for National Seminar, 'Abhivyakti-2003' and then Worked with IMS, Dehradun, as a lecturer in Marketing for another Academic Session. She is an MBA with Super-specialization in Marketing and had secured 3rd rank in her institute

Dr Sheetal Kaul, Lecturer
Sheetal Kaul is a Lecturer in Business Communication and Life Skills area with Rai Business School, Delhi. She completed her B.Sc in 2000 and M.A (English) in 2002 from Jammu University. She has also completed her Ph.D (American Literature) in 2007 from Jammu University. The topic of her doctoral dissertation was "Dreamlandscapes of the Mind: A Study of Interplay, Conflicts and Ironic Juxtaposition in Some Select Novels of John Hawkes" Her interests include reading, writing and study of occult sciences.

Shubhra Johri, Lecturer
Shubhra Johri is a lecturer with Rai Business School , New Delhi .Prior to joining RBS she was associated with JSS Academy of Technical Education, Noida. She has a total teaching experience of about 3 years .She has done MBA from Lucknow University (2004) and has been a Gold Medalist there.She has done B.Tech in Electronics and Telecommunication from I.E.T Kanpur in the year 2002.

Tamana Anand, Lecturer
She is BTech in Chemical and MBA-Marketing. Have around 4 years of rich corporate experience in Marketing, Sales, Promotions and Channel management. She has an excellent academic record. Before taking up academics as a career, she had been working as a relationship manager with Hewlett Packard (HP). During studies and corporate experience her portfolio comprised of developing various projects in reputed companies, which were implemented later.

Parul Malik, Visiting Lecturer
