- Grammatics: innovative teaching methodology
Amidst all the conversation that we make in
our daily life we often tend to forget the basic laws of conversing
which is "GRAMMAR". If the same is taught in an
innovative yet interesting way, the understanding of the subject
would be better. The same was done by the MBA students, wherein
as a part of their class assignment, every syndicate had to
present this in an innovative way. For this the student's
imagination knew no bounds and they reached the sky to become
stars and clouds to explain parts of speech. To understand
developing and advertising of a new product a batch of students
went ahead referencing the age old Mahabharata and Ramayana,
through which they advertised a new product by enacting the
characters of these plays.
- Understanding the world of kids: activity industry interface
The project was done on behalf of Ogilvy &
Mather. It was all about understanding the psychology of today's
kids. It also concentrated on the realities and myths about
them. This would help in forecasting the future. It was found
that kids are more confident today as compared to the past.
Television has become the most influencing factor in their
lives. They are more career oriented and are focused on their
goals. It was a different project apart from the curriculum.
This project was done under the guidance of Mr. Saurabh Sharma,
(Director Planning O & M), who teaches Advertising Management
and Consumer Behavior at Mumbai Campus.
