RBS Students Stood Up Against Poverty
Being a socially responsible
institution, RBS Delhi organized "Stand up and Speak out"
event on October 17, 2007 at the New Delhi campus to show its concern
for widespread poverty across the world. Around 206 students of RBS
stood up to demand an end to poverty and for the Millennium Development
Goals (MDGs). The students raised their voice against poverty, gender
inequality, abject condition of health and education of girl child, and
environmental problems. They spoke out to demand a more urgent political
response to the growing crisis of global poverty.
