The prime objective of Industry Integrated MBA at RBS is to provide students with hands-on-experience on the functioning of an organization in real world situation. It is most prestigious and sought after and involves highly interactive teaching methodology with special emphasis on the delivery of the modern management concepts.

The application oriented Industry Integrated MBA program provides students with practical exposure along with theoretical knowledge of business and industry. At RBS, Industry Integrated MBA offers students On-the-job Training from the 2nd semester to the 4th semester, giving them a regular management degree with the relevant industry experience. On the job training provides the students with an opportunity to work and learn in reputed companies from various sectors as well as apply theorectical knowledge and ideas in work.

This stimulating MBA program is basically designed to provide students with an outstanding education experience based on hands-on experiential learning, taught from an international perspective that emphasizes values, leadership skills and decision making abilities.
